JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals within our care home, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and assistance. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to drive. The Community Assistant will work closely with residents to implement care plans and provide essential support in daily activities.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with residents and team members.
  • Familiarity with IT systems for record-keeping and communication purposes is advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a community setting is essential.
