POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our dedicated team. This role is about providing high-quality care in the comfort and familiarity of our clients’ homes. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing clients’ quality of life and supporting their independence.

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare nutritious, personalised meals in line with dietary needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions
• Support mobility and encourage safe physical activity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Accurately record care activities and report changes in client condition
