The Home Care Worker plays a vital role in providing compassionate and personalised care to individuals in their own homes. This position is essential for supporting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
• Experience in medication administration and understanding of medical terminology.
• Proficiency in meal preparation that caters to specific dietary needs.
• Ability to manage behaviours effectively, demonstrating patience and empathy.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and assisting clients with mobility issues.
• Previous experience in nursing homes, hospice care, or senior care settings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and their families.
• A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
