QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Previous experience in personal care or community support (preferred)
• Certificate III/ IV in Individual Support, Aged Care Certificate or equivalent
• Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable and punctual, with a caring attitude
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport and willingness to travel locally to client homes

Carehaven Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Carer to provide daily personal care support to a client in Bolinda, Victoria. The role will involve assisting with personal care needs and ensuring the client’s comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide personal care and daily living support
• Assist with shopping and other daily tasks
• Support mobility and general well-being
• Maintain clear communication with the client, their family, and Carehaven Services
• Follow care plans and ensure a high standard of service
