COMMUNITY CARE WORKER

We offer home care services to people who require support due to illness, disabilities or infirmity. Libertas employees pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of care, enabling our service users to remain in their own homes for as long as possible if that is what they choose to do.
We assist with everything from personal care, meal prep and medication prompting and having that conversation with the service users to make them smile.
The successful candidate will be able and willing to care and support our service users, showing them kindness and empathy whilst promoting independence.
This is a very rewarding job role knowing that you are helping others.
