You’ll collaborate closely with government and non-government agencies, mental health and legal services, and other support networks to create holistic, wrap-around care and build strong referral pathways that enhance client outcomes. Outside of client support, you will also provide data reporting and participate in the monitoring and evaluation of the Service.
This position requires staff to work in compliance with the Human Services Quality Framework and the National Quality Framework for Alcohol and other Drugs.
This is a Permanent, Part- time (30.4 hours per week) position with a permanent schedule of Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm based in Cairns.
