EXPERIENCE

  • A valid driving license is required for transporting clients as part of the role or a mode of transport to assist you going to clients to clients.

  • Support clients with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
  • Assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in behaviour management techniques to support clients with challenging behaviours.
  • Facilitate social interaction and companionship to enhance emotional well-being.
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client conditions to appropriate personnel.
