Are you a dedicated nurse with a passion for wound care, looking for a role that offers a great work-life balance?
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Community Clinical Wound Care Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.
As a Community Wound Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes. You will provide clinical expertise, support, and guidance to community nursing colleagues, helping to enhance their wound care skills.
Every day brings new challenges, as you work with patients with diverse needs, giving you the opportunity to expand and develop your clinical knowledge.
Working closely with local Community Nursing Teams and Wound Care Nurses across different localities, you will have strong wound care experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community nursing
This role is ideal for someone looking to specialise in wound care, a working pattern of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

You will visit a number of patients on a daily basis in their own homes working along side an Communty staff
