JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Community Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist to join CoSuite’s Boca Raton team ! The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings
  • Plan work-related details
  • Great and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain and order supplies
  • Distribute mail, answer phones
  • Maintain filing system both physical and electronic
  • Ensure operation and maintenance of all office equipment
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure that inventory is stocked as needed
  • Provide general office support and maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management

​Qualifications / Skills/ Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, customer service, front desk, and/or administrative assistant positions
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Team-oriented personality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
  • Positive and respectful attitude towards all staff, members, and vendors

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
