We’re after someone who: * Has demonstrated experience in community development, community centre operations or related fields. * Brings a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. * Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver community development offerings, including programs, events, services, partnership opportunities as well as evaluation and grant applications.  * Thrives in a collaborative, supportive team environment and enjoys working with community members. * Is motivated by creating opportunities for people to connect, participate and grow to enhance their wellbeing.  * Holds a Diploma in Community Services Management / Community Development, or other relevant diploma/s, or extensive equivalent industry experience. * Must have a valid DHS Working With Children Check, or the willingness to obtain one. * Is willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.  * Holds a South Australian Class C Driver’s Licence. * Is Provide First Aid Certified.   Ready to make an impact? Responsibilities
The coordinator will design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate high-quality initiatives to improve community wellbeing and meet local needs, while also building strong partnerships with local stakeholders. This role includes leading and supporting volunteers, overseeing facility operations including WHS and compliance, and meeting grant requirements for the community centre.
