COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WORKER (PART-TIME)

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (pro rata)
Contract Type: Part-Time (2 days per week)

Starpic Project is seeking a passionate and proactive Community Development Worker to help us build stronger community ties and empower local residents. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a background in community engagement and volunteer coordination.

As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing and planning volunteer activities
• Developing a vibrant daytime programme
• Supporting and assisting in the development of our project volunteers
