In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Lead Dietitian and team members to provide excellent dietary services across various settings, including patients’ homes, community hospitals, care homes, and clinics. You’ll have the chance to work with a diverse range of conditions, from nutrition support to managing coeliac disease, gastroenterology issues, weight management, diabetes, and more.
At Surrey Downs Health and Care, we offer a hybrid working model, granting you the flexibility to work remotely or at multiple sites throughout the borough.
