We are currently searching for one full-time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to join our team at Susquehanna View Apartments. This position will provide oversight to the community team, process Section 8 leases for our residents, and provide excellent customer service. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Requirements Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry (HUD. Section 8, elderly preferred). PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required. Excellent attention to detail and administrative processes. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED. Yardi experience preferred.
