Work with the Regional Manager on integrating all major operating functions within the community (leasing and maintenance). Conduct and participate in weekly Level10 Meetings to review all scorecard data to ensure successful operations. Review monthly financial statements with the Regional Manager to identify areas of opportunity and weaknesses. Obsession with values, focus, and clarity. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers: Help achieve weekly occupancy goals of 95%+ Obtain a renewal retention rate of 80%+ Meet the property’s budgeted NOI.
