We are currently searching for one full-time Community Director to join our team at State College Affordable Housing team. This position will oversee the operations of two Altoona Affordable properties. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. We will pay for you to get one! PA Real Estate License is a plus, will need to obtain within a year from employment. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. Responsibilities
The Community Director oversees the daily operations of two affordable housing properties, including staff management and property maintenance. Responsibilities also include processing applications, move-ins, and yearly recertifications while ensuring excellent customer service.
