PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Community Director to join our team at State College Affordable Housing team. This position will oversee the operations of two Altoona Affordable properties. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Responsibilities
The Community Director oversees the daily operations of two affordable housing properties, including staff management and property maintenance. Responsibilities also include processing applications, move-ins, and yearly recertifications while ensuring excellent customer service.
