WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Community Director, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of your assigned property and creating a positive living environment for residents. Responsibilities include: * Leading all aspects of property management, including leasing, collections, tenant relations, and move-in/out processes. * Supervising and motivating on-site staff to deliver top-tier service. * Overseeing maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders and high-quality unit preparation. * Maintaining accurate records in property software (OneSite) and preparing all required reports, including HUD compliance documentation. * Communicating effectively with residents, applicants, owners, and senior management. * Enforcing lease terms and community rules, including handling evictions when necessary. * Preparing for and overseeing Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) and REAC inspections. WHAT YOU BRING * A minimum of 5 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing, with strong knowledge of HUD guidelines. * Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships with employees, residents, and vendors. * Outstanding verbal and written communication paired with a solution-oriented mindset. * Leadership and customer service skills that inspire trust and accountability. * Experience with Onesite/Real Page software (preferred).
