REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (preferred).
  • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern; mental health experience is an asset.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Access to reliable transportation is essential due to travel between client locations.
