Job title: Community Drop-in Facilitator
Reports to: Head of Services
Hours of work: 25 hours per week
Salary: £28,087 gross per annum (Actual £18,978 gross per annum)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Community Drop-in Facilitator will provide face to face early intervention and preventative mental health and wellbeing support, signposting and providing advice via weekly drop-ins based within four community lounges in Burslem, Fenton, Bentilee and Blurton.
The postholder will contribute to the effective delivery of both one-to-one and group support, deliver a suite of psycho-educational workshops, work closely with partner agencies to offer guest speaker slots/workshops, and will ensure that appropriate policies and procedures conform to best practice.
