Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.00(Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). Management Preferences: Assist and support individuals currently earning subminimum wages who want to pursue competitive integrated employment (CIE) through the SWTCIE grant Coordinating prevocational services, job planning, supported employment, job development, intensive training, and long-term support. Conducting intake interviews Developing service plans Collaborating with DVRS and other provider agencies Arranging benefits counseling Creating supported employment internship opportunities Assessing vocational strengths and interests Performing individualized job development, job search activities, providing on-the-job training, and retention support. Associate’s degree in a Human Services field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience working with the population served; or High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of experience providing instruction to individuals with one or more disabilities, preferably involving task analysis; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
