Description
The purpose of this position is to support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Community Engagement and Accountability (CEA) activities in Benghazi, Shahat and surrounding areas. The Officer will facilitate community mobilization, manage feedback and complaints mechanisms, and ensure that NRC programs are transparent, inclusive, and responsive to community needs. Activities are implemented through direct engagement with communities and coordination with program teams.
Responsibilities
The CEA Assistant will support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of CEA activities in Benghazi and surrounding areas. This includes facilitating community mobilization and managing feedback and complaints mechanisms to ensure NRC programs are responsive to community needs.
