ABOUT US:

The Thomas Theyer Foundation is a registered charity supporting Children and Young People (CYP) with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those experiencing Difficult Life Circumstances (DLC) as well as their families/carers. The focus of the charity is the physical and mental health of these children.

THE POST HOLDER WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

· Attend events and meetings, these may take place in the evening and/or at weekend. Hours of work adjusted to meet.
· Open and close the office.
· Any other duties as agreed.
This job description will be reviewed from time to time and may be updated depending on the changing needs of the charity.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To plan, promote and deliver community engagement and fundraising events and activities, with the aim of raising awareness of the foundation and generate income for its charitable work. Organise outdoor activities and promote and report on these activities.
