VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT (VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR)

• Identify and address volunteer needs through effective recruitment, coordination, training, and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with established volunteer policies and procedures
• Design, implement, and oversee the Senior Volunteerism Programme
• Provide support for the Volunteer Leadership Programme
• Plan and organize volunteer recognition and engagement activities
• Assist with volunteer recruitment and engagement, including developing and executing outreach events and initiatives to promote volunteerism
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate volunteer initiatives
• Review and assess volunteer management practices and gather feedback for continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably possess an Advanced/Higher Certificate in Community & Social Services or a related field
• Minimum GCE ’O’ Level or equivalent certificationComfortable and empathetic in working with senior citizens

• Maintain and update volunteer and stakeholder databases
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and funding for volunteer and community engagement projectsProvide secretariat support for staff meetings and prepare necessary reports and documentation
