Community Engagement Manager - (ABQ, Full-time) - We’re looking for a dynamic, mission-driven individual to lead outreach efforts, coordinate volunteers, and support fundraising initiatives that directly impact our community. If you’re passionate about building relationships, organizing impactful events, and making a difference, we want to hear from you. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with staff, donors, and community partners to advance our mission of service.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Non-Profit Administration or related field OR a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two years of relevant experience; public relations, marketing, communications and facilitation. A minimum of two years of relevant experience; public relations, marketing, communications and facilitation. A minimum of two years’ experience in fund development and advancement strategies and one year in supervisory. They need to demonstrated experience in outreach and volunteer coordination; foster collaborative working environments between donors, staff, community partners and volunteers. Financial acumen: basic financial management, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks to ensure that they are accurately tracking their fundraising progress. Intermediate to advanced computer competency in MS Office and Windows. Work varied schedule including both day, evening and weekend as necessary and a valid NM Driver’s License with clean record
Compensation/Benefits: Pay range: $55,000 to $56,160 annually, DOE. Catholic Charities provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K plan, and PTO benefits and 50% daycare discount at the Children’s Learning Center (depending on availability).
