Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Do you have experience engaging communities and stakeholders in regeneration projects? If so, we invite you to apply for our Community Engagement Manager role within our Regeneration Directorate. In this position, you’ll develop and deliver engagement strategies for a range of schemes, from major multi-phase projects in Hastings to smaller, ongoing developments in London and the South East. We’re seeking a strategic and operational leader with strong relationship-building skills to work closely with residents, councillors, and other stakeholders, ensuring positive engagement and risk mitigation throughout each project.
You can be based at one of our main offices in either Farringdon, Croydon, Hastings or Sittingbourne, with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.
