We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement Navigator to serve as a vital bridge between our organization and the communities we serve. This individual will focus on building meaningful relationships with community members, partners, and local organizations while also supporting the marketing team to ensure that community voices and stories are authentically reflected in outreach and promotional efforts.
This is a collaborative, cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as creativity and an understanding of how community engagement supports both mission-driven work and strategic marketing goals. Must be willing to attend community events after hours and weekends.
Requirements:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Or experience in communications, social work, marketing, community development, or equivalent experience.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strong writing and content creation abilities.
  • Comfortable speaking in public and facilitating group discussions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms; familiarity with Canva, Adobe, email marketing platforms, or CRM tools is an asset.
