ROLE OVERVIEW:

Elevate MD is seeking a proactive, friendly, and organized Community Engagement & Social Media Coordinator to help us grow and support our online presence. This role is responsible for moderating our Skool community, responding to messages and comments across all social media platforms, and assisting with content posting. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, enjoys building relationships online, and understands the importance of brand voice and responsiveness in the digital space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and moderate our Elevate MD Skool community to ensure a positive, supportive environment
• Promptly respond to comments, questions, and direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Assist in scheduling and posting content that reflects Elevate MD’s values and services
• Engage with followers to help build a sense of community and trust
• Work closely with the marketing team to align communication with campaigns and promotions
• Track engagement trends and share feedback with leadership
