You’ll be the face of this purpose-led organisation supporting people living with disability, working directly with the networks that shape better outcomes: NDIS support coordinators, schools, community groups, councils, aged care providers, TAC and DVA pathways, and more. This is not sales-for-the-sake-of-sales. It’s community connection with impact. What You’ll Do: Build strong referral networks with councils, advocacy groups, community organisations, and specialist schools Attend and represent our client at events, expos and stakeholder forums Identify, engage and onboard new Partners (Clients) aligned to the Direct Employ model Conduct suitability assessments and support the onboarding journey end-to-end Manage relationships with Partners who require additional support or re-engagement Work closely with internal teams (payroll, compliance, etc.) to ensure Partners are supported Use CRM systems to track engagement, referrals and outcomes Promote our client’s mission and community presence through platforms like LinkedIn Hours 38 hours full time each week 9-5, M-F but flexible Work-life balance supported What You Need: Must live locally close to Mornington or outer Eastern Melbourne Suburbs You’re a self-starter and can work autonomously Some experience in NDIS, disability, aged care or community services is essential Above all, you are a confident relationship builder Sales backgrounds are considered but you need to demonstrate the ability to build long term, not just transactional relationships Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle What Next?
