Community Engagement & Trust Practice Associate (Facilitation + Relational Infrastructure + Event Stewardship)   Time Period September 1-October 24, 2026 ~8 hrs/wk Potential opportunities for continued related work post residency if mutually agreed upon.   This Service Leadership Work-Study (SLWS) position offers students the opportunity to serve and learn alongside the 2026 Social Innovator in Residence, Antionette Priscilla Carroll. This position is not designed to replace or replicate the responsibilities of trained personnel. Instead, it emphasizes learning through civic engagement, inquiry, reflection, and systemic analysis. Student will be supervised by Vicki Nolton in the CLS and will be mentored by Antionette Priscilla Carroll.    Responsibilities   * Assist in coordinating TRUSTFUL(L) gatherings and community conversations * Support participant outreach and relational follow-up * Help steward welcoming environments during public events * Assist with facilitation preparation and reflection synthesis * Participate in testing and evolving facilitation guides * Support trust-mapping and community engagement activities * Help identify and cultivate community participation opportunities Qualifications Desired Qualifications * * Interest in facilitation, dialogue, civic engagement, sociology, education, peace/conflict studies, or community-building * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills * Comfort engaging with diverse groups of people * Ability to hold confidentiality and emotional nuance * Curiosity about trust, belonging, and community dynamics
Responsibilities
