No appointment or referral is required, and walk-ins are always welcome. About the opportunity As a Community Engagement Worker with Wellways, you’ll help ensure the Dubbo MMHC is community-driven, inclusive and responsive to local needs. Your work will strengthen wellbeing, build partnerships and create opportunities for individuals, families and communities to connect and thrive. Responsibilities

The Community Engagement Worker will ensure the Dubbo MMHC is community-driven, inclusive, and responsive by strengthening wellbeing and building partnerships. Key duties include empowering communities, establishing referral pathways, and facilitating initiatives that promote inclusion and build capacity.
