Due to growth, we are recruiting permanent Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to work within the community space in Adelaide. You will be using your clinical knowledge and experience to assess patient and carer needs for education and/or support and be an advocate for the patient and their family. This rewarding role will ensure care needs of patients will enhance and promote their quality of life.
As a Community Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be visiting multiple clients homes in the community each shift typically 8-10 patients per shift. You will undertake wound care (including thorough assessments and regime changes), compression bandaging, medication management, continence and stomal care & aged care nursing assessments.
