• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, requirements, and target audience.

• Develop event plans, including timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of event setup, including registration, signage, decorations, and audio-visual setup.
• Manage event timelines and ensure that the event runs smoothly.
• Address on-site issues, troubleshoot challenges, and make real-time decisions to ensure event success.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of services and manage any issues that arise.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop event marketing and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate registration processes, including ticketing, attendee communication, and guest lists.
• Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, sponsors, and guests.
• Oversee post-event surveys and feedback collection to measure attendee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Track expenses to ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Provide regular expense reports and analysis to stakeholders.
• Seek opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies without compromising event quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in any major
• 1 - 2 years of experience in related field, fresh graduate are welcome
• Preferably specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or Equivalent
• Team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong imagination and full of excited ideas
• Not involve in any particular group/affiliation
