Job Description Plan, organise and execute community events that foster positive relationships with key external stakeholders, including local councils, community organisations, and local community groups. Support the management of community stakeholder relations to drive the NRMA’s external activities, including flagship programs such as Outback Links and EV Drive Days. Represent the NRMA at community forums and events, occasionally on behalf of Management, to enhance our external stakeholder engagement. Engage with local councils and community groups to deliver on NRMA’s strategy through impactful community events. Manage stakeholder activities and NRMA-led events, including those involving community, industry, and government. Actively contribute to the management of the NRMA Heritage Collection and Heritage Vehicle Fleet. Provide on-ground support for NRMA’s EV Fast Charger project, including site launches and community engagement. Assist with the coordination of the NRMA Outback Links Program, including stakeholder engagement, content development, and budget management. Due to the nature of this role, there will be intra-state travel and the occasional weekend work What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a community, industry body, or government agency. Demonstrated experience in planning and managing small- large scale events. Proven ability to develop and deliver stakeholder plans and community programs. Strong collaborative skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinking and the ability to manage processes and budgets effectively. Drivers Licence (essential) and car (preferred). Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
