Location: New York, NY Work Model: Onsite (6 days/week in office) Industry: Financial Technology / Consumer Trading Platforms Compensation: Base salary $130,000–$165,000 depending on experience, plus equity (0.1%–0.4%). Additional variable or revenue-share incentives may be available based on role scope and impact. About the Company Our partner is a fast-growing, venture-backed fintech company building a next-generation consumer trading platform. The team is focused on making directional trading more accessible by offering simple, intuitive ways for users to gain leveraged exposure to a wide range of assets—without the complexity traditionally associated with advanced financial instruments. The company has achieved rapid revenue growth in a short period of time and operates with a small, highly collaborative team based in New York City. They value strong judgment, high personal standards, and thoughtful execution as they scale the business. The Opportunity This is a Founding Growth role for someone who wants to help define and execute the company’s growth strategy during a critical scaling phase. You will work closely with the leadership team and early growth hires to test, iterate, and scale new acquisition and engagement channels. The role is highly hands-on and experimental. Success will come from combining creative thinking with strong execution—identifying what works, doubling down on high-impact efforts, and continuously raising the bar on quality and results. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants meaningful ownership over outcomes. Responsibilities Design, test, and execute growth experiments across multiple channels (e.g., social platforms, community-driven channels, referral programs) Identify new user acquisition opportunities and evaluate performance using data and experimentation Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design partners to launch and iterate on growth initiatives Develop clear hypotheses, run tests, and scale successful programs Contribute to the development of scalable growth systems and processes Communicate learnings, results, and recommendations clearly to the broader team Requirements Demonstrated ability to execute independently and take ownership of projects from idea to completion Strong written communication skills and ability to persuade or engage audiences succinctly Experience with growth, marketing, or user acquisition in a fast-paced environment (industry background flexible) Comfort working in an onsite, highly collaborative startup setting Analytical mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate High professional standards and strong interpersonal skills Nice to have (not required): Experience with social or community-driven growth channels Familiarity with performance marketing, experimentation frameworks, or automation tools Background in consumer, fintech, or high-velocity digital products
