About the Role As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will: Support service users with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks. Promote independence and dignity at every opportunity. Encourage engagement in activities and routines that enhance wellbeing. Provide care that reflects the individual’s choices, culture, and aspirations.Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals What We’re Looking For We’re seeking reliable, compassionate, and flexible individuals who can commit to: Working a minimum of 2 evenings per week. Alternate weekends (one weekend on, one off). Travelling up to one hour from your postcode to deliver care. You must: Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Have good general availability to provide consistent care. Be willing to complete our induction and shadowing programme. Have a caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference.
