Pay: £13.01 – £15.77 per hour (based on experience)

• Hours: 6 - 24 hours

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll be delivering personal care and support with warmth, respect, and kindness. You’ll:

• Support with Daily Living: Help clients with personal care, hygiene routines, dressing, and meals.
• Be a Friendly Face: Offer companionship and conversation, promoting wellbeing and social connection.
• Keep Things Clean & Safe: Support with light domestic duties and ensure care items are clean and hygienic.
• Help in the Community: Assist with local errands like shopping or pension collections.
• Stay Connected: Report changes in client wellbeing to the care team and complete care records accurately.

You don’t need formal qualifications—we provide full training, including the opportunity to achieve your Care Certificate and QCF Level 2 (NVQ) in Health and Social Care.
