QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: One (1) year health care or social services experience
Other Skills and Knowledge:
Strong relationship and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Compassion for poor and underserved members of the community
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Experience:Community Health Worker Certification if available
Other Skills and Knowledge: Additional language skills as applicable to community
