What you’ll do Be visible and proactive on our estates to build strong links with our communities Support housing managers with their patches to improve neighbourhoods Handle tasks like managing voids, liaising with local authorities, carrying out estate inspections and meeting contractors on site Complete and record routine safety checks in buildings and communities Keep admin up to date, including records, ordering and arranging payments for works Why join us This is more than a job, it’s a place where you feel valued. The practical bits This role is a hybrid-based role with one day a week in our Portsmouth office and the rest of the time spent working from home and out in our communities. However, if working from home isn't for you then you can base yourself at our Portsmouth office. There may be some flexibility to adapt your working hours, do let us know about this when you meet us at the interview We mainly work Monday to Friday and work occasional evenings to meet with customers.
