THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Housing Services Manager to lead the operational delivery of our community housing services. This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with KCS values.

  • Provide leadership and direction in line with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and ethical decision-making.
  • Support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that promote customer independence and choice.
  • Drive growth initiatives and support grant and tender writing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support policy development and ensure alignment with sector best practices.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Champion a workplace culture that reflects KCS values.
  • Build staff capacity through supervision, support, and training.
  • Promote Kirinari and the community housing sector within the broader community.
  • Establish and nurture strategic and operational partnerships across sectors.
