• Contributing to the ongoing development of the People First Bank community strategy and sustainability framework
• Managing the development and implementation of the People First Bank Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan
• Develop and maintain an annual program of internal and external events to recognise periods of community or cultural significance (e.g. National Reconciliation Week, National Volunteer Week)
• Manage the People First Bank’s employee volunteering program - Good Squad - with the dual objectives of delivering positive impact to our communities and increasing employee engagement
• Contribute to People First Bank’s impact reporting and ongoing disclosure
