Vire Health Oy is a Finnish health-tech company that helps people time their activity, recovery and sleep for better health. The Vire Clip sits discreetly at the waist – near the body’s core – and, together with the Vire app, turns signals from core temperature, breathing, and movement into clear timing guidance. Vire was founded in 2021 as a spin-off from Lappeenranta University research and is headquartered in Finland. Vire is going to market in 2026 and is currently raising its Seed round. We’re growing the team and looking for a Community & Influencer Program Manager to join us in working towards launching the Gen1 version of the Vire Clip! How you’ll contribute In this role you’ll be building the relationship with our community and being in charge of the influencer experience. You’ll own the end-to-end community and influencer program: design it, coordinate the assets and actions, govern it, and make it perform. From mapping priority communities (biohacking, women’s health, longevity, fitness & sports) to building tiered ambassador/affiliate frameworks, enablement kits, and brand-safe guidelines—you’ll run the machine and the moments. You’ll source and onboard creators, co-create content and event concepts, manage samples and briefs, orchestrate pop-ups/workshops, and close the loop with clean attribution and lifecycle tie-ins in our CRM, Klaviyo. You’re the owner for relationships, activations, measurement, and continuous improvement and will collaborate with the GTM and Content function for fuelling the programmatic engine. In this position you’ll be attending events and meeting influencers across Europe. What you’ll bring Background in influencer marketing, community management, creator partnerships, or brand activations, and experience in B2C 4-8 years of experience in building and running end-to-end creator or ambassador programs for D2C (from strategy to execution, reporting, and optimization). Proven ability to manage creators, negotiate collaborations, and co-create content. Experience coordinating activations, workshops, pop-ups, or other community-led events. Comfortable with attribution, performance tracking, and lifecycle marketing tools (bonus: Klaviyo). Also valuable, but not required Familiarity with biohacking, women’s health, longevity, fitness, or sports communities Comfort with affiliate platforms and basic event production Having a health and wellness interest is deeply ingrained in the company culture and thereby expected from the candidates but having experience in the sector is a plus, not a requirement. As a person, you’re a systems-thinker who can architect scalable programs rather than simply run campaigns. You bring excellent project management skills and can orchestrate multiple creators, events, and assets in parallel. Relationship-building comes naturally to you—you’re comfortable nurturing long-term partnerships across creator tiers and community segments. You’re skilled in content co-creation, from brainstorming and briefing to reviewing and delivering brand-safe creator work. You understand brand and messaging guidelines deeply and know how to uphold them with clarity and tact. With a commercial and analytical mindset, you track KPIs, interpret performance, and turn insights into action. Responsibilities

You will build relationships with the community and manage the influencer experience, owning the end-to-end community and influencer program. This includes designing the program, coordinating assets, and ensuring performance through activations and events.
