About the Role As a Community Intern, you will support the execution of community programs across multiple cities, focusing on building and managing online communities (especially via WhatsApp). You will be involved in coordinating community activities, managing communication channels, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of community engagement. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support member acquisition, share relevant content, handle community interactions, and track performance to improve overall community effectiveness. Job Descriptions A. Community Execution Support overall Community Plan & Strategy Pilot project 11 cities (current) Nation wide roll out (future state) Execution Support of overall community activities (offline & online) B. Operations Support End-to-end handling WA Community group Establish WA Channel → creating WA Community & Group Tracking : create a unique link for each wa community to track the member acquisition, digital adoption, program. Coordinate with FO team to intro the program & member acquisition coordination Regular Content Sharing Develop content plan Request content to creative team Share the content to WA Community & educate FO to have content or topics understanding Feedback loop Create Caption for WA Blast Reply WA chat message in the sub group FAQ & Trouble shoot : receive complaint and coordinate with related department. Reporting Content performance Tracking Program performance tracking General WA group reporting (active member, etc) Fresh graduate from any major (preferably Communication, Marketing, or related field). Willing to travel frequently and work on the field to support community activities across multiple locations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable managing online communities (e.g., WhatsApp groups). Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative and coordination tasks. Able to multitask and manage multiple activities simultaneously. Familiar with content creation (caption writing, basic content planning). Proactive, responsive, and able to handle inquiries or issues from community members. Basic data tracking and reporting skills are a plus.
