We support organisations with individually tailored office solutions and spaces ranging from 1 to 500 work stations with affordable solutions to suit start ups to established corporates.

The Community Lead role will suit a results orientated, ambitious and highly organised individual with a passion for customer service and networking. This is a perfect position for an individual looking to join a dynamic team with a desire to gain relevant experience in a market leading organisation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous office and customer service experience - hospitality/ retail experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Attentive to detail with the ability to multi task
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Good IT skills (basic troubleshooting)

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership and lead the front of house experience, liaising with clients and supporting the customer service experience
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings as required
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues across the business
  • Support day to day operations such as inventory, stock control, housekeeping standards and building audits
  • Support community events
  • Ensure clients are given a prompt and efficient service
  • Support and maintain effective business relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and transferring these in to the location
  • Other duties as required as part of the role
