QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to access the installation or be a DOD ID card holder.
  • Bachelor’s degree in in any field. Four (4) years of data analysis or database development expertise may be substituted for the degree/education requirement;
  • Minimum of two-years’ experience in customer service;
  • Able to highlight in his/her Resume/CV or cover letter:
  • Ability to read, understand, speak, and write English sufficiently to clearly communicate with and instruct colleagues, supervisors and clients,
  • Ability to present information orally and in written format.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of common software programs, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Basic knowledge of Social Media, Survey Monkey and Quick Response (QR) codes
  • Basic knowledge of Outreach principles.
  • Can collect, analyze and display data.

  • Provide basic research and development on Family Service Standards an best practices
  • Provide Calendar and Meeting Coordination
  • Serve as POC for marketing of ACS services
  • Prepare integrated community calendars
  • Serve as POC for ACS social media presence
  • Promote Commanders and Customer Feedback
  • Coordinate Client Appointments
