Metrics LLC is seeking a Community Leverage Technician as we compete for a contract to support the Army Community Service (ACS) in Kleber Kaserne. This role focuses on enhancing community integration and resilience through data analysis, program marketing, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be adept at working independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on customer service and community outreach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent experience with an Associate’s degree).
• Experience in data analysiscustomer service, and social media management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a DoD ID card or access to the base
