Our established non-medical home care agency is looking for a driven Community Liaison / Business Development Manager to expand our reach throughout Lee County, FL. If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and making a difference in your community, we’d love to meet you! About the Role You will represent our agency in the community by developing partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, and other referral sources. This position combines relationship-building with consultative sales—helping families find the right in-home care solutions for their loved ones. Compensation This is a salary + commission position with unlimited earning potential. The more relationships you build and clients you help, the more you earn. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community organizations Identify new referral sources and marketing opportunities Conduct educational presentations to professionals and families about senior care and our services Attend networking events, expos, and community functions to represent the agency Meet with prospective clients and families to discuss care options and onboard new clients Track leads and follow up using a CRM system Meet weekly with leadership to discuss activity, referrals, and growth opportunities Qualifications Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development Exceptional communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Experience in senior care, home care, hospice, or senior living is preferred Passion for helping seniors and their families is essential Why You’ll Love Working With Us Base salary plus commission with no earnings cap Flexible schedule and strong work/life balance Positive, supportive culture built on respect and teamwork Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your local community
