Brighten Life Home Health in the St. George, UT is hiring for a Community Liaison to join our expanding team!   The Community Liaison is an integral part of the Home Health marketing team. The primary responsibility is to establish regional referral relationships and partnership opportunities with major regional referral sources.   Full Time $50,000 - $60,000 /year plus commission   Responsibilities * Works with all possible referral sources to educate them on home health care services. * Works in conjunction with all staff to ensure a team approach to marketing is used. * Responsible for the implementation of market business development initiatives which support the achievement of growth objectives and strategies of the home health agency. * Responsible for establishing regional referral relationships and partnership opportunities with major regional referral sources. * Adds creativity ideas to continue to develop a cutting-edge marketing plan. * Must be flexible to accommodate schedule changes. * May require travel up to 90% of the time. * May also require work after normal business hours to accommodate referrals and client needs. * Completes reports as requested. * Assists referrals and agency to pick up patient documentation and assist with admissions * Serve as a resource and provide information and education to referral sources, potential referral sources and the community. Meet with referring physicians and referral sources to ensure customer satisfaction. Educate referral sources about available home health services.   Qualifications * Must have strong oral and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. * Must be detail and goal-oriented individuals and possess the ability to work independently and also collaborate with various health care representatives and agencies. * Must communicate well with doctors, nurses and other health care personnel and agencies. * Must understand various medical conditions and terminology. * Must understand basic technology including the use
