The Marketing Liaison has an outgoing personality and superior customer service skills that stand out among their peers. Posted Salary Range USD $80,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain effective markets for facility services by developing and sustaining referral relationships Coordinate external marketing of facilities within the community through health providers and organizations Develop strategies to maximize admissions of residents in accordance with facility and regional sales plan Evaluate effectiveness and cost benefit of marketing tactics Make recommendations to alter strategies, and develop marketing tools for facility or district within their budget constraints Participate in weekly sales team meetings, reporting regularly on referral development and progress on targets and reviews census management practice guidelines, analyzes trends, and acts to avert deterioration of market share Qualifications & Requirements Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in health care, long-term care industry, or insurance sales/marketing & 1+ years of experience with the proposal development process A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred Public relations experience is preferred Must have strong technical writing skills and be familiar with medical terminology Must have superior presentation skills (both 1-on-1 and in a group setting), and must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must have reliable transportation Benefits All of our employees are valued and receive a competitive wage; full time team members are also offered a comprehensive benefit package which includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance/ Flexible Spending Accounts Tuition Reimbursement & Nursing Loan Repayment Programs PerkSpot - Local Deals and Weekly Perks Program 401(k) Paid Time Off Plan New Pet Insurance Discount available DailyPay option available! – Get your pay, when you need it.
