ABOUT THE ROLE

Housing is hard. One size rarely fits all, and it’s a hell of a process. As the largest flexible housing company globally, Habyt’s mission is to provide access to housing anywhere, for everyone. Our drive is to create solutions with a digital-first approach, making every move easy, and every house a home. If you are passionate about real estate and would like to join a dynamic, talented, and diverse team of professionals from all around the world — you are in the right place!
We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Community Management Associate to support our DACH operations team from Stuttgart. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new move-ins, support day-to-day tenant issues, and ensure smooth operations of our residential buildings. You will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality, safety, and comfort of our properties while delivering a best-in-class tenant experience.
If interested, please send us your most updated CV in English.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary on-site contact for new tenants during move-ins, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Respond promptly to daily operational issues such as maintenance requests, service disruptions, or resident complaints.
  • Conduct regular building inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of facilities and common areas.
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors, cleaning staff, and contractors to address property-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and oversee repairs and maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain updated records of property inventory, utilities, and key management systems.
  • Support the move-out process, conducting check-out inspections and documenting any damages or repairs needed.
  • Assist with tenant communication regarding building notices, upcoming works, safety protocols, and community guidelines.
  • Help enforce building policies and serve as a liaison between tenants and the Habyt operations or customer support teams.
  • Collect feedback from residents and identify opportunities for operational improvements and enhanced tenant satisfaction.
