Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Armstrong Wolfe Alumni Community Management will play a key role in the management and facilitation of AW’s internal operations, content workflows, alumni engagement, and digital community platforms. This multifaceted role includes both administrative and creative content duties with a strong emphasis on digital presence and stakeholder coordination.
Armstrong Wolfe runs a community of senior financial services professionals who are between roles and seeking new opportunities. This is the Alumni or Interim Community referred to, and the successful candidate will manage this community, interfacing regularly with the members, sharing opportunities with them, and leveraging their experience to produce content.

KEY DUTIES

  • Onboarding & Compliance
  • Manage onboarding of AW Alumni including documentation (NDAs, competency surveys, CVs).
  • Ensure consistent and compliant processes with clear explanation of contractual elements (e.g. NDAs).
  • Diary & Meeting Coordination
  • Oversee scheduling for Interim meetings, ensuring no overlaps or missed sessions using a reliable diary management system.
  • Content Sourcing & Distribution
  • Coordinate weekly alumni Points of View (POVs) by sourcing and distributing content from Interims.
  • Create and post tailored content for AW, iCOOC, and WCOOC on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Event & Speaker Coordination
  • Organise bi-monthly Knowledge Hour sessions, including sourcing speakers and liaising with Advisors, for the benefit of the wider AW team.
  • Develop and maintain a pre-selected list of alumni panellists for iCOOC events.
  • Invite alumni to participate in select and relevant iCOOC dinners and forums.
  • CV & Profile Management
  • Reformat and prepare CVs of interims for external use and distribution.
  • Survey Management
  • Design, post, and manage surveys for the iCOOC network and analyse response data.
  • Digital Platform Oversight
  • Support the launch and maintenance of the iCOOC Digital Membership Content Platform
  • Coordinate AW content distribution across internal and external channels.
  • Community Management
  • Manage LinkedIn group memberships across iCOOC and WCOOC and Interim specific groups, identifying new potential members and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Thematic Content Development
  • Curate weekly themed content by region (e.g., US, Canada, Europe) and topic (e.g., DEI, regulation, AI, geopolitics).
  • Making Slides and Presentations where necessary.
  • Highlight influential women and major industry trends.
