What we are looking for: We are looking to hire a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our Apartment buildings in Battle Creek, MI. Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 Leasing and Renewal Commissions Monthly Bonus Potential Here are some things that will make you successful: 2 years of Apartment Property Management experience CPM or related certification is preferred Effective communication skills Strong financial analysis skills Strong customer service/people/team-building skills Ability to manage and direct others Ability to execute new ideas Adaptable to change Ability to exude calm and confidence in occasionally stressful and high energy situations Entrepreneurial and business growth-oriented outlook and approach What you will be doing: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. In this role, you'll manage repairs and unit turns while ensuring tenant satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. You’ll coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams to keep vacant units market-ready, review vendor contracts, and analyze rents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial goals, cost-effective operations, and a commitment to driving efficiencies and expense savings. Strong organizational and leadership skills are a must.
